Delivery Information

Worldwide Shipping

LR Centre Ltd ships daily to customers across the UK, Europe, and worldwide, including destinations such as the USA, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, and many other regions.

We work with trusted third-party courier partners to offer a range of economy and express delivery services.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

We aim to offer fair and competitive shipping rates and do not profit from delivery charges.

Dispatch Times & Stock Status

We aim to dispatch most in-stock orders on the same working day where possible.

Our website displays stock status information to help customers understand expected dispatch times:

In Stock

  • Items marked as In Stock are held at our warehouse and are usually dispatched the same working day or the next working day, depending on order time and operational capacity.

Available to Order

  • Items marked as Available to Order are typically dispatched within the next working day once received from our supplier.

Special Order

  • Items marked as Special Order are sourced specifically for your order and usually require approximately 1–2 weeks before dispatch.

Backordered

  • Items marked as Backordered are currently unavailable from our supplier. Where an estimated restock date is available, this will be displayed on the product page. In some cases, no confirmed delivery date is available and items may be listed as backordered with no estimated timescale.

Made to Order

  • Items marked as Made to Order are manufactured to specification and typically require approximately 5–10 weeks before dispatch.

All dispatch times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability, stock movements, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We will notify customers where possible if significant delays occur.

Delivery Times

All delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are subject to courier performance.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by independent third-party courier companies and is outside of our direct control.

Premium, express, or timed delivery services are offered on a best-endeavours basis and are not guaranteed.

Timed and Pre-12 Delivery Services

Where available, we offer timed delivery services such as “Pre-12” through selected courier partners.

These services are provided by third-party couriers and are subject to:

  • Order being placed and processed in time for same-day dispatch

  • Item availability and stock status

  • Courier network conditions and operational factors

Pre-12 and other timed delivery services are offered on a best-endeavours basis and represent the courier’s delivery target, not a guaranteed delivery appointment.

LR Centre Ltd cannot guarantee timed delivery services once an order has been dispatched.

Where appropriate, and at our discretion, our liability in relation to timed delivery delays is limited to a refund of the delivery charge paid.

Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Courier network disruption

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Peak seasonal demand

  • Operational or logistical issues

LR Centre Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once goods have been dispatched.

Where appropriate, and at our discretion, our liability in relation to delivery delays is limited to a refund of the delivery charge paid.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

In most countries, customers may choose to pre-pay customs duties, VAT, and import charges at checkout for convenience and transparency.

Where this option is unavailable, charges must be paid upon delivery. This will be clearly indicated during checkout.

If customs charges are not paid and a parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for any associated return, handling, or storage costs.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a courier depot, any redelivery or return costs may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
