Welcome to LR Centre Ltd. Before placing your order, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, along with our Returns Page and Delivery Information. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

We aim to ensure all prices are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any affected orders, with a full refund where applicable.

Prices may change due to supplier costs, exchange rates, or other factors.

Taxes and Duties:

Prices exclude UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Orders delivered within the UK are subject to UK VAT.

International customers may, in most countries, choose to pre-pay customs duties, VAT, and import charges at checkout. Where this service is unavailable, charges must be paid upon delivery.

Payment Methods: We accept wide range of credit and debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay where applicable. All payment options applicable to your country will come up upon checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

Stock is unavailable
Pricing errors occur
Payment cannot be verified
Address details are incomplete or incorrect
Export or regulatory restrictions apply
Operational constraints prevent fulfilment

Where an order is cancelled, any payments received will be refunded in full.

Delivery Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before midday are normally dispatched the next working day, subject to stock availability.

Dispatch times are estimates only and do not form part of a binding contract.

Delivery Times

All delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only.

Delivery is carried out by independent third-party couriers. Once goods have been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Premium, express, or timed delivery services are offered on a best-endeavours basis and are not guaranteed.

Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruption, weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak demand.

Our liability in relation to delayed delivery is limited, at our discretion, to a refund of the delivery charge paid.

Returns, Refunds, and Abuse Prevention

Returns

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of dispatch.

Genuine Land Rover parts must be returned within 7 days and must be unopened. Please use our Returns Form. See our Returns Section for more details.

Condition of Returns

Returned goods must be in resaleable condition. Items that are used, fitted, damaged, incomplete, or contaminated may be rejected or subject to a deduction.

Excessive or Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns, limit future orders, or restrict accounts where we identify excessive, unreasonable, or abusive return behaviour.

This includes repeated returns of used or incorrectly ordered items.

Warranty

All parts supplied by LR Centre Ltd are covered by a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine the cause of failure.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until this process is complete.

We aim to complete warranty assessments within a reasonable timeframe. Return faulty goods with a completed Warranty Return Form. See our Parts Warranty Section for more details.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. However, if you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact our sales advisors for clarification. While we aim to use the most accurate images, variations may occur due to differences between manufacturers and suppliers. As such, all images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual product. Sizes, colours, and packaging may vary.

Reference numbers are provided for identification purposes only and are not indicative of the manufacturer or brand.

Changes to Product Information:
Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Emissions and Regulatory Products

Unless specifically stated, we do not guarantee that emissions-related or modified components will comply with inspection or regulatory requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring legal compliance in their country.

LR Centre Ltd accepts no liability for inappropriate or illegal use.

In the UK, tampering with vehicle emissions systems is illegal.

Oils & Fluids Disclaimer

While we may assist with product selection, customers are responsible for confirming suitability before opening or use.

Once opened, oils and fluids cannot be returned.

Customers should consult a qualified professional if unsure.

This does not affect statutory rights.
